• Testifying expert on behalf of Analog Devices, Inc. in an ITC patent infringement trial concerning MEMS stiction patents, “Certain MEMS Devices and Products Containing the Same”. The ITC judge ruled in Analog’s favor in a judgment on Dec 23, 2010.
• Testifying expert on adsorption in odor eliminating materials for the Church & Dwight Company in a false advertising suit against the Clorox Corporation. The judge issued an injunction against Clorox to remove their commercials from the airwaves.
